Maris Piper are used extensively by chippers around Ireland, as their white fluffy flesh retains its colour well when cooked.  With a golden skin colour, they are a versatile all rounder, excellent for roasting.

Baking Roasting
Chipping  Steaming

Season :
Harvested from August to October, but available all year round.
