Avocado & Chicken Wraps

Avocados are an excellent source of both potassium and fibre, while chicken is a good source of protein.  These easy to make wraps are tasty and can be eaten for lunch on their own or paired with some delicious salads and sweet potatoes for a dinner option.

  • 1 chicken breast (approx 180g), thinly sliced at an angle
  • generous squeeze juice ½ lime 
  • ½ tsp mild chilli powder
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil 
  • 2 seeded wraps
  • 1 avocado, halved and stoned
  • 1 red pepper 
  • a few sprigs coriander, chopped
  1. Fry the chicken in the oil with the lime jiuce, chilli powder, garlic and red peppers.
  2. Mash the avocado up onto the seeded wraps.
  3. When chicken cooked through, add it to the wraps and fold.
  4. Enjoy!
